With a background spanning construction, financial services and government, Sally is a powerhouse relationship builder who prides herself on her dedicated work ethic, strong leadership, mentoring skills and commitment to drive social change to see women and minorities thrive.

As General Manager at Sheforce, Marisa brings a diverse background in small business, community service, finance, and education to her leadership role. She expertly oversees day-to-day operations and corporate services, ensuring the smooth functioning of the organisation.

Driven by a passion for creating positive impact, Marisa is committed to connecting our valued partners with the right talent. She plays a key role in coaching, mentoring, and supporting Sheforce employees, helping them achieve sustainable employment outcomes.

Esmeralda joins Sheforce with over 20 years’ experience as a customer service professional  and started her career in retail., After completing her Bachelor of Commerce, Esmeralda transitioned into banking and gained valuable contact centre and leadership experience.

Several years later, Esmeralda made the leap into construction and enjoys the dynamic and fast-paced industry as ‘no one day is the same’.

Esmeralda enjoys helping others and is looking forward to supporting the team at Sheforce, working towards equal and inclusive workplaces.

With a Bachelor of Business – HR & Marketing and leadership experience in banking and telecommunications, Jen brings a broad skill set across operations and project management. Passionate about gender equality, diversity, and inclusion, she joins Sheforce as a Recruitment Manager, dedicated to connecting our partners with the right candidates for their roles.

Having grown up with a father in the trades, Jen understands the challenges within the traditional construction model. She brings empathy, unique perspectives, and valuable life experience to her work - championing inclusive hiring and meaningful career opportunities.

Isabella is an experienced customer service professional who recently completed a Bachelor of Education. As Sheforce’s Operations & Compliance Coordinator, she plays a vital role in supporting daily operations, providing administrative assistance, overseeing compliance, and managing new employee onboarding.

Beyond her contributions to the team, Isabella is also a standout player for the Sydenham Park Soccer Club. Her women’s team is proudly sponsored by Sheforce, reflecting our shared commitment to community and empowerment.

With a Bachelor of Communication & Advertising and extensive customer-service experience, Veronica joins Sheforce as a Recruiment Consultant and plays a key role in supporting job seekers on their employment journey.

As a Recruitment Consultant at Sheforce, she acts as a vital link between employers and potential candidates - understanding client needs, sourcing talent, assessing suitability, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
