As General Manager at Sheforce, Marisa brings a diverse background in small business, community service, finance, and education to her leadership role. She expertly oversees day-to-day operations and corporate services, ensuring the smooth functioning of the organisation.

Driven by a passion for creating positive impact, Marisa is committed to connecting our valued partners with the right talent. She plays a key role in coaching, mentoring, and supporting Sheforce employees, helping them achieve sustainable employment outcomes.

​Anita is Sheforce's Operations Manager specialising in employment programs, recruitment, apprenticeships, traineeships and labour solutions. With a strong commitment to building inclusive career pathways, she works closely with partners to create meaningful opportunities that support long‑term growth
and success.
 

She is known for her strategic approach to workforce development, collaborating with industry to strengthen future talent pipelines
and champion diverse participation across
all sectors. 

With a background in HR & Marketing and leadership experience in banking and telecommunications, Jen brings a broad skill set across operations and project management. Passionate about gender equality, diversity, and inclusion, she joins Sheforce as People, Culture & Governance Manager.

Having grown up with a father in the trades, Jen understands the challenges within the traditional construction model. She brings empathy, unique perspectives, and valuable life experience to her work - championing inclusive hiring and meaningful career opportunities.

Esmeralda is Sheforce's Finance Manager with a Bachelor of Commerce and a foundation in banking, where she gained valuable customer service, financial administration and leadership experience. Several years later, she transitioned into the construction industry and thrives in its dynamic, fast‑paced environment, appreciating that no two days are ever the same.
 

As Finance Manager, Esmeralda provides structured financial oversight and strong organisational capability across the business. She supports the Sheforce team through accurate reporting, streamlined processes
and a commitment to building equal
and inclusive workplaces.

Lina brings more than two decades of experience across construction, trades,
logistics and professional services. She delivers high‑volume, end‑to‑end recruitment with strong client engagement and exceptional candidate care, supported by extensive capability in labour‑hire coordination, compliance and industry systems.

As Sheforce's SA Recruitment Lead, she acts as a vital link between employers and candidates - understanding client needs, sourcing talent, assessing suitability, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

Sarah is an experienced Recruitment and HR Professional with a strong background across transport, logistics and labour‑intensive industries. She brings expertise in end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding, compliance, rostering and employee support, with a proven ability to manage fast‑paced operational environments.

Known for her strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, Sarah supports managers, employees and external partners while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance and a positive employee experience. She plays a key role in supporting job seekers on their employment journey.

Laura joins us with a strong legal background in criminal and family law, bringing deep expertise in risk, safety, and advocacy. Laura will lead our compliance across GTO and labour hire, strengthening the systems that keep our workers safe, supported, and confident on every job site.

Her work will ensure Sheforce continues to operate with transparency, accountability, and industry‑leading standards.

Veronica supports daily operations across our GTO, Labour Hire and Recruitment divisions. She manages compliance, documentation and coordination, and plays a key role in onboarding and supporting apprentices, employees and host employers.

In addition to her operational responsibilities, Veronica contributes to our marketing collateral and design projects, creating clear, brand aligned materials and job advertisements that strengthen Sheforce’s communication and candidate reach.
